When you visit our practice for the first time the first thing you may notice is our comfortable and professional environment. You will be greeted by a member of our friendly reception team who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We also ask that you arrive a few minutes early if possible to give yourself plenty of time to fill out any necessary paperwork such as our Medical Questionnaire and Smile Check (available for download here).
Next, our team member will talk to you about our maintenance plan. Though having a plan isn’t necessary, the majority of our independent patients do sign up for it as it gives you access to many discounted prices on our most common procedures. Dental and oral health is more than just a pretty smile- it affects your overall well-being. We will help create your own Personalised Dental Plan, which includes regular visits to our practice, to help ensure any future problems are spotted early, thereby requiring potentially less complex procedures.
Finally, you will be taken to one of our treatment rooms for a private consultation with your new dental team. We’ll ask you a few questions about your expectations or any issues you may have, perform a thorough dental examination and then work with you to create a personalised dental plan.
Then we’ll give you a full written quotation and organise a time for your follow-up appointment at a time that best suits you.
